1. Our Design Philosophy (The Expert-First Rule)
SWEVO AGENCY GmbH provides Senior Growth Product Design. We build conversion engines, not just "pretty" websites.
Expert Lead: Our design process is based on proven conversion data and user logic. We do not accept design or layout proposals from clients.
The Goal: We design for your customers and their journey. We reserve the right to decline design or layout changes that we believe will hurt your website’s conversion rates or SEO performance.
2. Content, Revisions & SEO
Website Bundles: Once the build starts, the layout and colors are locked. We offer two (2) rounds of minor text and image updates.
SEO Protection: We optimize your content for performance. If you choose to change text or images yourself and it negatively affects your SEO rankings or sales, SWEVO AGENCY GmbH cannot be held responsible.
Self-Service: You will have the ability to change text and images yourself through your provided dashboard.
3. Timelines & Client Responsibility
For us to hit our delivery goals, we need to work as a team.
Delivery Deadlines:
1 Page: 5 Business Days
5 Pages: 10 Business Days
10 Pages: 15 Business Days
15 Pages: 20 Business Days
The Clock Starts: These deadlines begin only after you have submitted the onboarding questionnaire and all required content (text/images/assets).
The "Pause" Rule: If you take more than 14 days to send us your content or feedback, the delivery deadline is paused.
The "21-Day" Cancellation: If we do not hear from you or receive your content for 21 days, the project is terminated. In this case, no refunds will be issued as we have reserved this production time in our calendar.
4. Payments & Ownership
Ownership: You gain full ownership of the website and assets once all monthly fees for the 6-month term are paid in full (or if you paid the total amount upfront).
Late Payments: If a payment is 14 days overdue, your website and ads will be suspended until the balance is cleared.
No Refunds: As this is a professional digital service with immediate resource allocation, all payments are final.
5. Hosting, Traffic & Extras
Included: Domain and server hosting are included in your monthly price.
Traffic Spikes: If your site exceeds 100,000 visitors in a single month, we will discuss a hosting upgrade to maintain performance.
Extra Pages: New pages requested during the 6-month term are charged at a flat fee of €150 per page.
Extra Maintenance: Changes outside the initial build are charged at €75/hour, payable in advance.
6. Google Ads (Bundle C)
Ad Budget: We manage the spend to get the best ROI. For Bundle C, the budget will not exceed €200/month(included in your package).
Performance: We guarantee professional management and targeted traffic, but we cannot guarantee specific sales or calls, as these depend on market factors and your specific offer.
7. Communication & Support
Channels: To keep everything documented, we communicate via Email and Slack. We do not offer instant messaging or unscheduled calls.
Support Times: General responses within 24–48 hours. Technical emergencies are investigated within 12 hours.
8. Term & Termination (After 6 Months)
Your initial commitment is for 6 months. After this term, you have three options:
Maintenance Plan (Bundle B): Continue for €105/month for hosting, domain, backups, and tech support. (No design changes included).
Growth Plan (Bundle C): Continue for €105/month + a new agreed-upon Ad Budget.
Full Handover: We package your files and you take over your own hosting.
Early Exit: If you paid in full upfront, you can choose to leave after the site is live (after Month 1), but you will lose the inclusive hosting, support, and ad management benefits.
9. Legal Jurisdiction
SWEVO AGENCY GmbH is based in Vienna, Austria. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Austria. The competent court for all disputes is the court responsible for the first district of Vienna (Wien Innere Stadt).
